FAQs
How many people can fit in a tent?
This is the most common question. The capacity depends on the layout. The tents are spacious and could fit 8 or more people if everyone slept on the ground in sleeping bags. Because we provide a "glamping" experience, the beds are elevated and wide for comfort. The tents provide a lot of room if the layout is a single queen plus a futon and/or chairs. Same goes for 4 twin beds. With a 5 twin bed layout, the beds are pretty close together and maybe touching a little at the foot of the beds. This layout still provides enough room for a projector and screen to be set up. A 6th twin bed can be set up only after the projector screen is taken down. Anything over 6 will require a 2nd tent or remove the elevated beds.

What if it rains?
Our tents are designed to ensure your comfort by effectively keeping you dry. Camping in the rain can be challenging, and we recognize the inconvenience of managing a wet tent post-rainfall. Our tents guarantee a dry experience. Furthermore, we offer flexibility to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling due to inclement weather conditions.

What are the set up and take down times?
We coordinate set up and take down times with you. We try to set up as early as possible in the day (or maybe even the evening before your event) so you have plenty of time to enjoy the tent.

Is anything not allowed in the tent?
Open flames. Open flames are never allowed in the tent.

How much space is needed to set up a tent?
We need a space that is about 20 ft. by 20 ft. The floor of the tent is 16 1/2 ft. in diameter and the tie down ropes extend out from that. For really tight spaces we have tied some of the ropes to a fence instead of staking them down. If your space is tight, just give us a heads up and we'll make it work.

What if we need to cancel?
For single tent rentals, 72 hours' notice is appreciated. For multiple tent rentals, please provide 7 days' notice.
